• Emails you send: your address, name, message and any files you attach.
• Buyer matcher: the lifestyle, budget and priority text you type. It is sent to an AI provider to produce recommendations and is not saved by this website to a visitor profile.
• We have no accounts, sign-in, contact forms, payments or newsletters on this website.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting and security providers process technical data needed to deliver pages: IP address, device and browser type, pages requested, referring page, time of request, approximate location derived from IP and server logs. Google Fonts receives your IP address when fonts load. If you allow embedded maps, Google receives your IP address, map interactions and may set its own cookies. The website stores your cookie choice in your browser.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing further for a Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If your browser sends one, we treat it as a request to keep optional embedded content off until you choose otherwise.

Children

The website is intended for adults researching homes and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
