Copyright notices (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))
A notice must be in writing and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its page address.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or any district where we may be found if you are outside the U.S.) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
Privacy, image, factual and property requests
You may also ask us to correct a fact, remove personal information, remove or replace an image, or change information about a property or community. Include the page address, what should change, why, and any supporting source. Requests are reviewed but not automatically granted.
